All minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times when visiting the studio.
What methods of payment do you accept?

Set-up fee
We will never coerce anyone to get a service they are not ready for. However, a last-minute change of heart after the piercer has set up their station is subject to the deposit fee agreed to at the time of scheduling.
Can I get a piercing if I am intoxicated?
No. If you are intoxicated you will not be pierced. Please be sure the evening prior to any procedure you get a good night’s sleep. Please don’t forget to eat something before coming in. Remember to stay hydrated and refrain from alcohol for 24 hours prior. We want you to have the best experience possible.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we do. Gift certificates are available in any amount. Gift certificates are treated the same as cash; as such, lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. Gift certificates may not be returned for a refund. Any unused balance on a gift certificate will be re-issued as another gift certificate. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the original date of purchase. Gift certificates are only available for purchase in store.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are always recommended to avoid long waits, but clients are welcome to walk in.
Walk-ins will be taken in the order received. Walk-in clients should expect to wait to be seen behind scheduled appointments, as they have priority. If the schedule is full, walk-in clients will be asked to come back at a later time or may not be seen.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, government-issued photo ID. We require all clients to present a valid government-issued photo ID for all piercing services. Please bring your physical ID; photographs or digital copies of identification cannot be accepted.
How much does a piercing cost?
Check out our pricing. Price will vary depending on the jewelry you pick, but our pricing menu lists each piercing with basic jewelry.
We only use quality, implant-grade, internally threaded or threadless jewelry from reputable brands. We do not pierce with jewelry purchased outside of the studio. Stop by the studio to see our jewelry selection.
For specific pricing questions, please call us at 443-674-8544.
How old do you have to be to get pierced?
Our insurance allows us to do select piercings on minors; see the next question for details. If you are 18 or older, we only require a valid state-issued photo ID, driver’s license or passport.
What piercings can minors get?
We are insured to perform:
- Ages 6 or older: earlobe piercings (first hole only).
- Ages 12 or older: a rear helix (“cartilage”) piercing and/or a second lobe piercing.
- Ages 14 or older: nostril, navel, eyebrow, lip, septum, and single-point ear piercings, excluding the ones listed below.
- Ages 16 or older: snug, anti-tragus, bridge, tongue, and industrial piercings.
- You must be 18+ years old to receive nipple and genital piercings.
Minors must have their parent or legal guardian present for their appointment as well as meet our ID requirements.
ID requirements for minors
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present. We require:
- Legal guardian’s state-issued photo ID.
- Minor’s birth certificate with their legal guardian listed under parent. If the legal guardian is not the minor’s biological parent, we will need guardianship paperwork as well.
- Minor’s photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID are state-issued photo ID, driver’s license, and government IDs (military ID, school ID, passport).
IDs must be valid; we do not accept expired IDs. Names on the IDs should match the birth certificate. If they do not, we may need additional documentation:
- Divorce decree, marriage license, or name change filing: if the parent or legal guardian’s name has changed since the birth certificate was issued, we need documentation of that change to prove guardianship of the minor.
- Guardianship paperwork: if you are the legal guardian of a child and are not listed on their birth certificate, we will need original court paperwork with a judge’s signature showing legal custody.
We understand that families are built many different ways. If you’re unsure what documents you need for your minor’s piercing appointment, call us at 443-674-8544 ahead of time for assistance.
Can I bring my own jewelry to get pierced with?
No. We will not pierce with any jewelry purchased outside of our shop. We only use jewelry which has been ordered, handled, inspected, and sterilized by our own staff. We do not pierce with outside jewelry to avoid complications which commonly stem from poor quality jewelry.
Can you change my jewelry for me?
Jewelry purchased from Timeless: yes, absolutely! We can install jewelry at the time of purchase, schedule permitting. Please note that scheduled appointments take priority, so walk-in jewelry changes may have long wait times. We encourage you to book a jewelry change appointment ahead of time to secure a 20 minute time slot for jewelry selection and installation.
Jewelry purchased elsewhere: maybe. If you wish to bring in your own jewelry to have installed in a healed piercing, our piercers will first inspect the jewelry to ensure quality. We recommend bringing in any packaging you received with your jewelry. We do not install subpar jewelry that we cannot ensure is safe for long-term wear in the body. We charge a minimal fee for installing outside jewelry.
What piercings do you offer?
Earlobes, helix (cartilage), tragus, rook, daith, conch, snug, anti-tragus, forward helix, industrial, nostril, septum, eyebrow, bridge, lip, tongue (vertical only), nipples, navel, VCH (vertical clitoral hood), Christina, inner labia, outer labia, Prince Albert (PA), ampallang, apadravya, frenum, lorum and hafada.
If you are looking for something less common, please call us at 443-674-8544.
Appointment late and cancellation policy
Appointments adhere strictly to the times allotted. Please be on time to your appointment out of respect for others and their appointments.
We will consider your appointment forfeited and will charge you the full service fee if:
- You are 10 minutes or more late.
- You show up without the required ID.
- You do not cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
- You schedule an appointment for the incorrect service or a service we do not offer.
Why don’t you use piercing guns?
Piercing guns force a blunt stud through tissue, causing trauma, pain, and a higher risk of infection, rejection, and scarring. We use sterile, hollow needles instead. Hollow needles are:
- Cleaner and safer: needles create precise punctures for proper healing, unlike the crushing action of guns.
- Sterile and single-use: needles are individually packaged and sterile; guns cannot be fully sterilized.
- Less likely to cause complications: hollow needles minimize trauma, leading to faster healing and fewer issues like scarring and migration.
Your piercing deserves the best: a professional, healthy experience with minimal risk.
Jewelry sales
Jewelry is sold in the studio only; we don’t sell jewelry online.
Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Worn jewelry: no.
Unworn jewelry: unworn jewelry still sealed in the original package can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Once the sealed package is opened, it is forever yours. It cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I custom order jewelry?
Absolutely! We place orders weekly and are able to add any custom pieces you desire. The turnaround time for some pieces can be 4–28 weeks, though usually around 8 weeks. We require payment in full when you place your order.
To order a custom piece, please schedule an appointment so we can size you for your order. After it arrives at our studio, we will fully inspect it to ensure the quality of the item and call you for a follow-up appointment. Custom orders cannot be refunded.
